The CSC grants program helped to fund several proposals this year with its first round of proposals! Each project aims to better Indiana County through creative projects. Project proposals are currently being accepted on a rolling basis for 2022 - 2023.

“Black Excellence Mural” by Amara Moore

Amara Moore, a high school student at Indiana Area School District, worked with Spaghetti Benders to add more artwork to downtown Indiana. About the project, the artist wrote, “It would impact the black community. I feel this is very important for a number of reasons but the main ones being that we don’t have any black representation in any murals in Indiana, also with the current events taking place in my school, it’s important we have this.” Thank you, Amara, for sharing your talents with Indiana County!
